I am talking about what our likes and dislikes are, whether we get on together, to know if it's one or two sugars! Then it’s a good start for a relationship to be built upon. We need to trust one another’s products and services and trust each other's approach to be able to achieve the objectives we set. Believing in your business is great, but you have to go with gut instinct sometimes especially when you have a new idea.
