The Issue
Creative Avenue identified that the client's product group name 'Presenta' was not actually seen or understood as a brand, because its product visualisation and packaging did not relate, compete or challenge competitors brands in the fast moving retail market.
The Challenge
The market was saturated with operators from the Far East. As Presenta was already a name in the industry, Creative Avenue proposed an evolutionary approach to strengthen and differentiate the brand, raise its profile, boost point of sale impact, and align the product range with its markets.
Our Response
We looked at the design, considered its perception in the marketplace and revisited the packaging and point of sale to ensure they met customer needs.
The Execution
Creative Avenue strengthened the brand, making it more up-to-date, and developed a strapline - Great Quality. Great Value. - to highlight the new range's positioning. We redesigned the packaging - handling all the art direction and photography - and helped reorganise products to realign the range. We produced a powerful new brochure and stand display. We also encouraged the use of recyclable materials to reduce the carbon footprint, and initiated a new product coding to streamline the ordering process and improve the efficiency of the client's internal systems.
New packaging design and innovative point of sale means that consumers now
understand the Presenta brand. We developed an attractive wall spinner which fits onto standard slatboard, providing two or three times the amount of product display space to help boost sales.
The Results
Presenta is now entering an exciting new era, as a brand that can deliver customers' expectations. Sales are up and new markets are being developed. The new brand is now widely recognised as providing great quality, outstanding value and extra impact at the point of sale.
