The Issue:

Aspire Housing provides around 20,000 customers with quality, affordable homes and services across North Staffordshire and South Cheshire. Services include general needs housing for rent and shared ownership, sheltered housing, extra care housing and help for people to live independently

The Challenge:

Aspire requires a range of professional design and production services which meet the organisation's goals for a combination of quality, efficiency and value for money. Aspire defines value for money as achieving the optimum balance between cost and quality.

Our Response:

Creative Avenue has been supplying Aspire with a range of design, artwork and production services for around four years. The managing director of Creative Avenue was working with Aspire when their original branding was created. We are fully aware of their commitment to corporate social responsibility, which is reflected in our own goals and approach to business.

The Execution:

We liaised with the Marketing Department, helping to produce a range of collateral, including property leaflets, property newsletters and promotional service cards. We're proud of the trust Aspire places in our professionalism, creative skills and reliability.

The Result:

Aspire monitors its performance against a range of Key Performance Indicators which are collected by a number of housing associations - and results continue to improve.
