The Issue:
Staffordshire-based, SCC Developments, designs and constructs buildings of outstanding. The company has an outstanding reputation for delivering on time and to budget. They offer a complete service - from architect's drawings through to completion. Most of its projects are commissioned in the North West and Midlands, but the company has the resources to undertake work anywhere in the UK.
The Challenge:
Essentially, SCC Developments, is a small, successful, quality builder looking for rapid growth. They wanted to increase awareness across all their key markets, and boost their appeal to residential, commercial and public sector customers and to larger companies who sub-contract work. Creative Avenue were commissioned to develop a branding and promotional strategy to help them achieve that goal.
Our Response:
Creative Avenue started by visiting the company and talking to both management and employees to get an in-depth understanding of the company's ethos. SCC Developments offers a full range of high quality professional services and enjoy high levels of trust and satisfaction among their existing customers.
The Execution:
Creative Avenue developed a new bold logo to mirror-image the existing corporate identity and the qualities identified during company visits. We then produced new sales literature, a corporate brochure and company folder - and designed, developed and built a new website.
The Result:
The new corporate identity created for SCC Developments has achieved all its objectives. The company has a more powerful, more consistent image - and a clearer proposition. And its qualities are more widely recognised, in the marketplace.
